Easter Jesus

Some people believe in an Easter Jesus only. Well, maybe Easter and Christmas Jesus. e.g. a Jesus celebrated only on special holidays. That is not only stupid from a human point of view, but also far from a religious common sense and most of all - totally inadequate from a spiritual one.

Jesus is not a toy, an icon, a ritual, or a humanly invented celebration. He is the Lord of the Universe! He created you and me! He gave us life and existence! He gave us our breath! He withoulds it and we are dead in a second!

My Jesus does not have anything to do with painting eggs, with easter bunnies or with Church traditions only meaningful to people who would like to justify their sinful lives 363 days a year, trying to compensate on Christmas and Easter. It doesn't work that way, my friends. You either love God or you don't; you either serve Him 24/7 or you don't at all; you either worship Him with all your heart, sould and strength or you fool yourself.

Think about that as a normal 21 century person. If you were Jesus, what would you think when you were watching the people down on he Earth compare you with Cocal Cola invented Santa Clause or with a funny rabbit? What would you think if people put their "holy" mask on these two events and then their "devil" mask again all the rest of the year. Or what would you think if people SINCERELY worshiped you ONLY on those two days (That last one would make you cry right? Sincerely deceived people are the most to be sorry about, because they have come to know a little portion of the truth, but have clothed it in a religious ritual).

Well, I don't mind any celebration, because Jesus once went to a wedding even and rejoiced together with the crowd, but if that would be the only celebration you will have in Him, then you lost me as your everyday buddy.

So, Jesus is not an Easter Jesus, nor a Christmas Jesus, but My Jesus, and Your Jesus. Amen!
