Jesus as a Child Devotional
15 May: Jesus as a child! Jesus went on the Cross for our sins and so we must repent and believe in Him “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed” Isaiah 53:5 (KJV) “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” Mark 16:15 (KJV) We must be believers. There are many Christians that are not actually believers. They say they are, but do not actually obey God. We must not only say we are believers, but also obey God. This is the most important thing. Also, Christians must pray. I hope that the Lord will tell many Christians to preach the Gospel to others, so that the Lord can translate those other people from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of His light. Jesus wants us to believe Him, and He wants to save everyone, while the devil wants to take the people with him to the lake of fire. So, we must believe that what we are praying for will indeed happen and we must work much to receive it. We also need God’s blessing. We must listen to His words, we must always be repentant, we must beware what we speak and do not speak stupid things, we need God’s wisdom and we must listen to daddy and mommy.
