We will never be spiritually, emotionally or even physically satisfied if we don’t fulfill the Lord’s purpose for our life. Matthew 6 says that we are FIRST (This speaks of priority) to seek the Kingdom of God, and when we do, all else will fall into place for us. If we first seek all else instead, we will never get it, or if we get it, it will only lead to our degradation, because it is not serving Gods higher cause. Abraham is an example of a life lived fully for fulfilling God’s purposes. Genesis 25:8 “Then Abraham gave up the ghost, and died in a good old age, an old man, and full of years; and was gathered to his people”. Good old age, full. Full means satisfied. It means all that needed to be done was done and now he was ready to give up his ghost. Let us live our days for the Lord, because He is the One that gave us our life, and our breath in order to fulfill His purposes for our generation and then, when we have done all, we may go to Him full and satisfied, Him being satisfied with our work most of all.
